Undergraduate Research Experience Program 4th cycle

Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF), a member of Qatar Foundation, is pleased to announce the 4th cycle of the Undergraduate Research Experience Program (UREP), which offers funds up to US$ 10,000 per student participating in an awarded research proposal. The total funds allocated for this year are US$ 2,750,000.

Qatar National Research Fund invites proposals from faculty members and undergraduates in Qatar and from all specializations (Engineering, Science, Medicine, Humanities, Social Sciences and Art).

UREP aims to engage undergraduates in Qatar in research projects related to Qatar’s national needs under the mentorship of faculty members in their respective educational institutes.

The registration of proposals will commence on Sunday noon March 23, 2008 at urep.qnrf.org

Two public presentations on UREP's previous three cycles and the guidelines and criteria for this cycle will be held at the following locations:
