Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will play a lead role in establishing the financial, legal, and administrative procedures of the QNRF. He/she will report to the Director.

Program Officer

Ref: QNRF-072

The Program Officer will manage and implement QNRF programs and operations. He/she will be responsible for the success of the activities and operations assigned by the Director and will report to the Director.

Administrative Assistant

Ref: QNRF-073

The Administrative Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and project support to QNRF researchmanagement staff utilizing standard policies, procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities may vary according to individual position and may include, but are not limited to: preparation of correspondence; assistance in the preparation of reports and deliverables; grant proposal responses; library and internet searches. Scheduling and maintaining calendar, travel arranging and preparation of expense reimbursements; planning and coordination of both on- and off-site meetings and conferences. Organizing, managing, coordinating, and monitoring tasks to meet deadlines.

Executive Secretary

Ref: QNRF-074

The QNRF is seeking an Executive Secretary to work closely with the Support Services Manager and the Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities. Attention to detail, good judgment, strong organizational skills, and initiative are essential. This individual must exercise judgment and tact in solving problems and interacting with a variety of professional staff, and must be able to maintain and handle confidential information. Excellent communication skills are required. The candidate must be discreet, have a professional demeanor, and be able to work independently.
