Conference Sponsorship

Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) sponsors conferences to be held in Qatar at one of the following five levels which detail the obligations, duties, and deliverables required from the sponsored institution:

Level one

  1. Extensive branding and top visibility at the event
  2. QNRF logo representation on all promotional materials, including:
    • Conference mailing materials
    • Conference program - full-page advertisement
    • Website - logo and hyperlink to QNRF home page included for one year
    • Media and advertising
    • Signage at event and social functions
  3. QNRF banner to be posted in a prominent area of conference
  4. QNRF will be given minimum of five full registrations, free of charge
  5. A list of the attendees' contact information
  6. Acknowledgment of QNRF's sponsorship at the opening session
  7. QNRF will be given the opportunity to give a presentation during the conference to reflect its mission and its role in creating a research culture in Qatar.
  8. Promotional items in the delegate bag (e.g. literature, brochure, mug, keychain)
  9. One trade-show table in a premium location

Level two

  1. Extensive branding and logo visibility at the event
  2. QNRF Logo representation on all promotional materials, including:
    • Conference mailing materials
    • Conference program - half-page advertisement
    • Website - logo and link included for six months
    • Media and advertising
    • Signage at event and social functions
  3. QNRF banner to be posted in a prominent area of conference
  4. QNRF will be given minimum of four full registrations, free of charge
  5. A list of the attendees' contact information
  6. Acknowledgment of QNRF's sponsorship at the opening session
  7. QNRF will be given the opportunity to give a presentation during the conference to reflect its mission and its role in creating a research culture in Qatar
  8. Promotional items in the delegate bag
  9. One trade-show table in premium location

Level three

  1. QNRF Logo representation on all promotional materials, including:
    • Conference program - quarter-page advertisement
    • Website - logo and link included for three months
    • Signage at event and social functions
  2. QNRF banner to be posted at conference
  3. QNRF will be given minimum of three full registrations, free of charge
  4. A list of the attendees' contact information
  5. Acknowledgment of QNRF's sponsorship at the opening session
  6. QNRF will be given the opportunity to give a presentation during the conference to reflect its mission and its role in creating a research culture in Qatar
  7. Promotional items in the delegate bag

Level four

  1. QNRF Logo representation on the following conference materials:
    • Conference program - quarter-page advertisement
    • Signage at event and social functions
  2. QNRF banner to be posted at conference
  3. QNRF will be given minimum of two full registrations, free of charge
  4. A list of the attendees' contact information
  5. Acknowledgment of QNRF's sponsorship at the opening session

Level five

  1. QNRF Logo representation on the following conference materials:
    • Conference program - business card advertisement
    • Signage at event
  2. QNRF will be given minimum of one full registrations, free of charge
  3. A list of the attendees' contact information
  4. Acknowledgment of QNRF's sponsorship at the opening session
  5. QNRF will be given the opportunity to give a presentation during the conference to reflect its mission and its role in creating a research culture in Qatar
